These terms apply to all lessons, courses, workshops, seminars and the three-month accompanied learning programme (together “services”) offered by Amy Dorothy Ronja Lang (legal name: Amy Dora Lang), Raw & Real | Die Wandlung, self-employed teacher in Vienna, Austria. By booking a service, you accept these terms.
Raw & Real offers teaching and adult education: one-to-one lessons, courses, workshops and seminars on raw food and living cuisine, classical Feng Shui, numerology and shamanic nature work. I pass on knowledge and practical skills that you apply yourself, based on my training and many years of personal experience. The services are NOT:
Important: Amy Dorothy Ronja Lang is not a physician, dietitian, nutritional scientist or psychotherapist. I do not diagnose, do not create individual nutrition or therapy plans and make no healing promises.
Prices for courses, workshops and the three-month programme are stated on booking or discussed in the free discovery call. A booking becomes binding once confirmed by me; payment secures your place. Payment in instalments is possible by arrangement.
If you book as a consumer by means of distance communication (website, email, WhatsApp, video call), you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons. If you expressly request that the services begin before the withdrawal period ends and then withdraw, you owe a proportionate amount for the services already provided.
Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal: if you decide after the first lesson of the three-month programme that it is not right for you, you receive a full refund. Later cancellations are not refunded. You may pause the programme for up to 4 weeks with advance notice.

No guarantees: What you take away from the lessons depends on many factors, including your starting point, your commitment and your individual circumstances. Examples and testimonials do not guarantee similar experiences for you.
Medical clearance: Please consult your doctor before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have health conditions, take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
No medical advice: Nothing in my lessons, courses or materials constitutes medical, nutritional or psychological advice.
Everything you share during our work together remains confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where you give explicit permission (e.g. for a testimonial).
You take part on your own responsibility. I am liable for damage only in cases of intent or gross negligence. This limitation does not apply to personal injury or where mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
All materials provided (course materials, recipes, guides, exercises) are for your personal use only. You may not share, sell or distribute them.
I may update these terms. Changes will be communicated by email and published on this website; they do not affect contracts already concluded.
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not remove the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria, insofar as legally permissible; for consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
