1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all coaching services provided by Amy Lang ("Raw & Real"). By booking a discovery call or signing up for the program, you accept these terms.

2. Services

Raw & Real provides lifestyle coaching based on personal experience with raw food, Feng Shui, and holistic practices. This is NOT:

Medical treatment or diagnosis
Nutritional therapy or dietary counseling (in the medical/therapeutic sense)
Psychotherapy or psychological treatment
A substitute for professional medical advice

Important: Amy Lang is a Neue Selbständige (Austria) with no medical or nutritional science degree. All information shared is based on personal experience and research, not medical expertise.

3. Booking & Payment

Payment for the 12-week program (€3,000 or pilot price €1,500) is due before the program starts. Installment plans are available for the regular price. Payment confirms your booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cancel after the first session, you receive a full refund. After the first session, no refunds are provided. You may pause the program for up to 4 weeks with advance notice.

5. Your Responsibilities

You commit to:

Attending scheduled calls (or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance)
Implementing the guidance provided
Communicating openly about challenges
Taking responsibility for your own health decisions

6. My Responsibilities

I commit to:

Providing 12 x 60-minute calls
WhatsApp support Monday-Friday
Complete Feng Shui analysis
Personalized meal plans and recipes
Leaving no detail unaddressed

7. Limitations

This program is not suitable for:

Acute psychological or psychiatric conditions
Eating disorders requiring medical supervision
Anyone under 18 years old
Pregnant or breastfeeding women (without medical clearance)

8. Results Disclaimer

No guarantees: Individual results vary significantly and depend on many factors including your starting point, commitment, health status, and individual circumstances. Any examples or testimonials shared do not guarantee similar results for you.

Medical consultation required: You must consult your doctor before starting this program, especially if you have any health conditions, take medications, are pregnant, or breastfeeding.

Not medical advice: Nothing in this program constitutes medical, nutritional, or psychological advice. Amy Lang is not a medical professional, nutritionist, or therapist.

9. Confidentiality

All information shared during our work together remains confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where you give explicit permission (e.g., for testimonials).

10. Liability

I am not liable for any health issues, injuries, or damages arising from your participation in this program. You participate at your own risk and should consult your doctor before making significant dietary changes.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (meal plans, recipes, guides, Feng Shui analysis) are for your personal use only. You may not share, sell, or distribute them.

12. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be communicated via email and on this website.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Place of jurisdiction is Graz, Austria.
